1. DF241C Series Dyeing Machine

Main Feature:
Control of flow rate of the dye liquid: the main pump is subjected to frequency conversion speed regulating system as per different kinds of yarns and dyeing processes in order to economize on energy consumption and rationalize flow rate, thereby realizing optimum control of synchronous dyeing.
Compact structure: heat exchanger, balance centrifugal pump and the 180° commutating plate are an integral group with compact pipeline setup to save space.
High efficiency and energy conserving heat exchanger with external pipeline has excellent heat exchange effectiveness, serves to shorten dye liquid circulating pipeline length and reduce bath ratio.
Design of low bath ratio (1:4-1:6), to economize on dyes, agents and energy and reduce emission of waste to improve economic efficiency.
Fast cleaning system to effectively reduce cleaning time and water consumption.
Main pump not stopping at changeover of dye flow to increase circulation cycles and raise dyeing quality.
Overflow type of material feeding system to effect dynamic mode of material digestion, effectively control speed and quantity of material feeding in order to ensure a homogeneous dyeing rate.

2. DF241D Series Dyeing Machine

Main Feature:
DF241D model ECO High Temperature Cone Dyeing Machine is suitable for dyeing and bleaching all kinds of nature, chemical fiber and its blended yarn, such as cotton, polyester cotton blend, polyester, acrylic, jute etc.
Extremely low liquor ratio of 1:3+, it can save a lot of additives, water, electricity and steam, and shorten the dyeing time.
New designed spring heat exchanger, it can fully utilize the heat, so that improve the heating speed and its useful life.
Single cycle dyeing method, it saves the exchange time of pump reverse and inverse circulation.
Special designed spindle, it reduces the dyeing liquor volume inside the spindle, so that reduce the liquor ratio.
High lift and big flow centrifugal pump, stepless controlled by inverter, it can intelligently and automatically regulate the yarn inside and outside pressure difference, ensure the uniform dyeing for rove and fine yarn, reduce the yarn damage and energy consumption.
Advanced double dosing tank, shorten the process time, improve the working efficiency.

3. DF241B (C) Cheese Sample Dyeing Apparatus

Main Features:
It features the same mode and performance as the technical requirement of the large volume dyeing machine.
Circulation pump to effect fast circulation and penetration.
The volume of the air cushion technology can be adjusted without changing bath ratio. The variable volume range is within 1-3 pieces of yarn or 4-6 pieces of yarn.
Platform designed as desktop.
According to the requirement of the customers, we can adopt dyeing control of manual, semi-automatic or fully automatic.

4. DF241A Series Dyeing Machine

Main Features:
All the parts touching with dyeing liquor are wholly made of corrosion-resistant super quality stainless steel, featuring long service endurance.
Heat exchange coil is set in the bottom of dyeing vessel to reduce heat loss and raise thermal efficiency.
Reasonable and defect safety performance: This machine adopts self-enclosed hatch seal, the unlock structure is hand-operated with safety linkage device, the uncap structure adopts balance weight mode or air-operated mode with balance weight.
It adopts the newest designed balanced mixed flow pump of high efficiency and high cavitation resistance. The pump is directly connected to the bottom of the vessel. The forward and backward circulation of dyeing liquor is completed automatically via the reversing system inside the pump. This can reduce the function consumption and raise dyeing efficiency so as to dye the yarn of various fibers.
Low bath ratio (1:6-1:8) can save dyeing liquor and aid to raise economic benefit.
It features high automatic level, good technical reproducibility and convenient operability, and it predigests the operations of multi-functions, including influent, drainage inside and outside flow, etc.
The electric motor for the main pump adopts frequency conversion control, the flow can be adjusted randomly and this can reduce the consumption of starting and unloading.

5. DF241B Series Dyeing Machine

Main Features:
Adapt innovative centrifugal pump, with the advantage of high performance, high efficiency, low energy consumption, long service life and convenient maintenance.
Newly developed built-in spiral heating tube to improve heat exchange efficiency.
The new automatic liquid-flow reversing device, combined with the innovative centrifugal pump, shortens the distance between the pump and the yarn carrier, reduces the pressure loss and the liquor ratio.
Pressure dewatering: pressure drain the strong sewage of the yarn, reduce the water consumption during rinsing and improve the working environment.
Low liquor ratio dyeing: Saves dyes, chemical additives, steam, electricity and water consumption. (1:4-1:6)
Variable loading: Special designed fast de-load carrier, with the intelligent water in control, it can reduce the water consumption.
Special pulse flow dyeing technology: adopt the advanced pulse flow power-saving system, it can constantly change the dyeing liquor pressure for the yarn, increase the level dyeing property, reduce the power consumption.

6. Cheese Hydro-Extractor

This machine is mainly used for the dewatering process of the cheese after dyeing. It runs reliably and the operation is convenient. It is applied to all kinds of cheese and can avoid the distortion of yarn and ring bobbin. So, it is an ideal equipment for large-scale production.
Typical Structure:
The main motor of the dewatering bucket uses a conical direct drive motor. The steering motor and the loading and unloading yarn platform motor all use a direct drive motor, which has low failure rate and durability.

8. Yarn Package Drying Machine

RCT-III

The bobbin package drying machine is an indispensable basic equipment in the bobbin package dyeing workshop. The RCT-III bobbin package drying machine is a model at the nation’s advanced level, developed with latest engineering and technology. It provides the time-saving, low-energy-consuming, and homogeneous drying process for bobbin packages of various kinds of fiber yarn after the dyeing process.

Yarn drying process is affected through heat energy, which evaporates the moisture molecules in the yarn, thereby reaching the expected rate of moisture content. This product is based on the principles of thermal kinetics and aerodynamics. Its design optimizes the route of hot air flow and moisture-containing air drain, ensuring high productivity at low energy consumption. Adoption of an advanced PID temperature control system makes operation easy.

9. Ultra-Low Liquor Ratio Jet Dyeing Machine Model: WFJDS
