1. Automatic Dispensing and Dyeing System

It is suitable for the dyeing laboratory of printing and dyeing industry. The machine adopts 24-hours unmanned on-duty design, and automatically executes the whole process from liquid making, dropping, pre-treatment, dyeing to post-treatment without human intervention, and ensure the reproducibility and consistency of dyeing.

Features:

1.	In the whole process, equipped with 3 sets of manipulators to work independently, the speed is multiplied by the traditional.
2.	The drip needle assembly is patented, and the accuracy is stable at 0.002g.
3.	Solution making and dropping components can be integrated with one or more sets of dyeing components, and equipped with different dyeing cylinders according to different proofing capacity and dyeing method.
4.	The mother liquor bottle is automatically cleaned and quickly dried by a 5-axis manipulator to achieve the ideal effect of no residue. Automatic making solution and dilution is realized according to the set making process.
5.	Built-in guide module ensures stable accuracy. All needles are made of 316L stainless steel. The multi-pipe system completely eliminates cross-contamination problems. 48 to 192 sets of injectors are available depending on the model.
6.	The auxiliary cylinder with internal and external circulation is configured, and the materials required for dyeing process are added to achieve consistency with the on-site dyeing process. The patented heating and cooling device ensures accurate temperature control during dyeing.

2. Automatic Solution Making System

Used for mother liquor preparation in the Laboratory, substituting the traditional material melting operation in the Laboratory. Improved mother liquor accuracy, improved working efficiency.

Features:

1.	Standard solution making environment, avoid human error.
2.	Connect with HJ dispenser computer, synchronize mother liquor data.
3.	Hot and cold-water tank, different water temperature and liquid mixing steps can be set according to dye type.
4.	Software automatically corrects the balance to ensure accuracy.

6.	Six-cup independent adjustable strong magnetic stirrer JB-6.
7.	Optional dye bottle turntable, storage 64 dyes, rotated automatically to corresponding dye bottle, easy to take correctly according to indicator light.
8.	SARTORIUS percentile balance. optional thousandth PRECISA balance also use double balance, more accurate.

STRONG MAGNETIC STIRRER (JB-6)
Application: Used for stirring the chemicals powder, dyestuffs or liquor uniformity, powerful mixing function and each breaker with independent controller.
Specification: Max capacity of the breaker is 1500cc with 6 speeders, with 6pcs stirring magnet, material: stainless steel.
Power consumption: 220VAC, power: 100W.

3. Automatic Weigher

Suitable for laboratory weighing auxiliaries, such as sodium sulfate, salt and soda, etc. Two kinds of powder and three kinds of solution, input weight to computer, automatic weighing 24 cups at a time, improve work efficiency, avoid human error.

Features:

•	Auxiliary solution with independent stirring and heating.

To accommodate customer requirements, we provide two types of weighers specifically designed for liquor chemicals and powder chemicals:

1.	Model HJ-YT-JLJ24 Automatic Weigher for liquor chemical.
2.	Model HJ-FT-JLJ24 Automatic Weigher for powder chemical.

4. Infrared Radiation Dyeing Machine

Used for simulating the dyeing process in actual production, even applied for the small-batch production.

Temperature controller:

1.	7” Touchscreen: 64 programs, 32 steps per program.
2.	TC2008A: 99 programs, 99 steps per program.

Temperature ranges: Room temperature ～ 135°C ± 1°C
Heating rate: 0.1 ～ 3.5°C/min

5. Auto Add Chem Dyeing Machine SD-24AS

Suitable for all kinds of yarn, fabric sample dyeing and reprocessing, feeding and the time of each cup can be set freely. Two kinds of auxiliaries can be added in proportion, multiple steps and successively. Improve work efficiency and reduce human operation error. Especially suitable for reactive dyeing.

Features:

1.	Feeding precisely controlled by double electronic balances (3000g, 0.01g) and high precision pump.
2.	Standard steel cup with auxiliary lid, can add auxiliary below 90°C, and dyeing process below 135°C.
3.	Auto calculate the dosage of each cup of auxiliaries, and set whether to add auxiliaries, flexible and efficient.
4.	According to the deep, medium and light color dyeing, set the heating time of each cup to save time and reduce consumption.

6. Auto Add Chem Cone Yarn Dyeing Machine HJ-DTS-6P II (Fully Automatic)

Suitable for normal temperature and high temperature yarn sample dyeing test and re-confirm recipe, dye 100~300g yarn, simulate the field process, the auxiliary cylinder can be independent feeding, adding additives time quantitative feeding. Each cup position is controlled independently. The high pressure water pump is used to stir, and the dye liquid is permeated evenly.

7. Precision Dyeing Machine

Used for sample dyeing in normal temperature, high temperature and reprocessing. Simulation of field process two kinds of auxiliary timing and quantitative feeding. The temperature of each cup is controlled independently. Magnetic stirring, and the dye circulation is evenly permeated.

Model:	HJ-LS2-6P (600ml x 6pcs beakers).
	HJ-LS2-12P (600ml x 12pcs beakers).

Touchscreen Computer: 128 programs, 32 steps.

8. Automatic Steam Soaping & Rinsing Machine

Used for sample soaping and rinsing after dyeing in laboratory. Temperature and time, washing times and adjustable, automatically control adding water, adding soaping agent, heating, timer, drainage and rinsing. Special stir cloth sample with air function.

9. Padder

Can adjust the same pick-up % refer onsite to reach the precise pad dyeing and resin formula.

10. Sample Steamer (With Humidity Control)

It is an atmospheric steam machine, the steam temperature is stable and uniform, suitable for cotton, hemp, plush, silk, nylon, polyester, and other fabrics printing, dyeing sample steam fixation test.

1.	Cloth hanging frame is a lifting structure, rising when evaporating and falling when hanging cloth.
2.	Cloth hanging frame can be used for 3 large size samples for steaming.
3.	Steam temperature and time can be set, and alarm after completion.
4.	Top working box specially designed, sample not affected by condensation water drops.

11. Standard Light Source Box

Used for assessment of color fastness and metameris degree in the industries, printing and dyeing, clothing, paper making and painting, etc.

12. Continuous Tenter

Used for continuous drying, curing and fixation process, etc.
Width stretch ratio of fabric is ±25%
Process: Feeding - Stretching - Drying - Heat Setting - Falling Cloth.

13. Small Dehydrator

For small batch or single cheese dewatering.

14. Colorfastness To Laundering Tester

Used for testing the color fastness to washing, drying, cleaning and color fastness to milling of all textiles, and also for assessing the color fastness to washing of all dyestuffs.

Touchscreen control, general test standards have been saved, users can call directly, sample and convenient operation.
