We provide reconditioning services for both the electrical and mechanical components of dyeing and finishing of textile machinery. We guarantee that every aspect of the machine is restored to optimal working condition, in enhancing performance, reliability, and longevity.
1. Mechanical Recondition
• Exterior machine body cleaning and repainting
• Servicing and repainting all valves
• Repair of dynamo motor and pump components
• Replacement of mechanical seals for main pump and reel
• Replacement of door seals for machine doors and heat exchanger
• Dyeing accessories such as level tank, transmitter sensor for dosing, float magnet, etc.
2. Electrical Recondition
• Electrical panel with new wiring for easy operation and maintenance.
• Cleaning and repaint dyeing machine electrical control panel.
• Installation of new solenoids and manifolds.
• Replacement of air hoses and nipple.
• Dyeing controller upgrade to Hansung (KB 8800/KB 8000C/KB 310/KG 85).
