1. Yarn Package Hydroextractor
RZT type high-efficiency hydroextractor is uniquely designed for the hydroextraction process after package dyeing, and is suitable for the hydroextraction of packages of all cotton, chemical fiber, cashmere yarn.

2. Grooved Drum Winder
The grooved drum which is the core part of the machine is made of superplastic alloy material with modern molding and laser welding technology. It has the advantages of light weight, good groove shape, wear resistance, anti-stacking, and electrostatic removal.
The intelligent electrical control system adopts 485 communication technology and organically forms an intelligent system by using a liquid crystal touch screen, central microprocessor controller, unit controller of each spindle, starting and running frequency converter. It can accurately measure the length, detect yarn breakage, set the speed, and set the anti-stacking effect, making the winding process completely intelligent.
The main body of the machine is made of high-quality steel, and the outer surface is protected by solid and bright plastic spraying. Each section consists of 12 spindles, which can be installed in series by up to 10 sections so as to form a machine of 120 spindles. Therefore, it can be flexibly used in various plants.
In order to facilitate the higher-level requirements of users, the machine can be made with selective special configuration:
